I purchased my first piece of property back in May 1998.  I wanted an income property before I bought a family house.  My wife was very supportive of my decision.  We lived in the front unit which has one bedroom and one bath.  We spent the summer fixing up the front unit.  The remodel pictures are on our first web page Palmart.webjump.com.  It was small unit but very comfortable for a husband and wife.  After one and a half year, we decided it was time to move into the back unit.
